The Return Session™ is one personal 60-minute restorative conversation created for the woman who needs space to slow down, say what has been sitting underneath everything else, and notice what is asking for her attention.
You do not have to arrive with everything figured out. We begin where you are. Through conversation, reflection, and gentle restorative practices, we create space for you to hear yourself more clearly and identify what you want to carry forward from here.
Your Return Session includes:
- One personal 60-minute Return Session
- Guided reflection and restorative conversation
- Space to name what needs your attention now
- A simple next practice or reflection to carry with you
